Hi! I’m Liz Rook.

Liz Rook, DO, MPH, MA is a life & health coach and rheumatologist. Her passion is empowering women to thrive by helping them decrease chronic stress, develop emotional resilience, rock healthy habits, set and smash goals, and enjoy joy daily. Her mission is to help 100,000 women using this essential knowledge by teaching these tools to women everywhere.

She has spent the last 10 years helping thousands of patients and clients with lifestyle changes while unlocking the power of their own minds. She focuses her work with clients using tools and a unique 3 step methodology to develop self-awareness, allowance, and acceptance to solve for the root cause of dis-ease. This innovative approach creates new neural pathways in the brain and creates transformational understanding of ideas and habits using 3 areas of focus: physical, emotional, and mental/self health. 

Her passion was born out of 30+ years of overeating to cope with life, avoiding conflict, and pushing herself relentlessly as a type-A perfectionistic, people-pleaser. She understands her clients and uses this experience to highlight the value in letting go of unhealthy coping mechanisms to thrive with integrity that aligns with their inner core values.

Liz grew up on the east coast and was a competitive gymnast through college. She toured the U.S. during her educational pursuits and now is happy to call beautiful Western Colorado home. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, baking, Crossfitting, casually jogging and hiking, and adventuring outdoors with her hunky husband and inquisitive dog, Buttercup.

I . Currently, I stay active by hiking, trail running, snowboarding, dabbling in Crossfit, and pretending to mountain bike with my gorgeous husband on the Western Slope of Colorado. I also love to read, bake, and eat!

In her spare time she enjoys reading, baking, Crossfitting, casually jogging or hiking, and adventuring outdoors with her hunky husband and inquisitive dog.
