I’m Liz Rook. I am a healthy mindset coach with a passion for creating health and reconnecting mind with body, especially in the setting of emotional eating, weight loss, and chronic disease. I understand the importance and affect of mental and emotional health on the body. In my work as a rheumatologist, I guide patients to their optimal health using holistic and traditional medicine. In my coaching practice I blend healthy habits and mindset work to create optimal health. I have coached thousands of clients and patients through their health challenges to create a life they love.
I grew up on the east coast and was a competitive gymnast through college. Currently, I stay active by hiking, trail running, snowboarding, dabbling in Crossfit, and pretending to mountain bike with my gorgeous husband on the Western Slope of Colorado. I also love to read, bake, and eat!
